🩺 About the Program
Health Inside Out is proud to offer the CDC-recognized PreventT2 program—designed to help you prevent or delay the onset of Type 2 diabetes.
Making lifestyle changes can significantly lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes. This is a 12-month lifestyle change program “6-month coaching and 6-month maintenance” is based on research by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). You’ll get the support, accountability, and tools you need to improve your health from the inside out.
With our program, you’ll learn how to:
- Eat better—without giving up the foods you love
- Get moving in ways that fit your life
- Reduce stress and improve sleep
- Cope with challenges that can derail your hard work
- Get back on track if you are derailed from the plan
- Lose 5–7% of your body weight safely
- Prevent or delay the development of Type 2 diabetes
👥 What to Expect
- Weekly sessions for the first 6 months, followed by monthly sessions for the second 6 months
- A small, supportive group environment (hybrid option available: in-person + Zoom)
- Practical strategies for real life—not gimmicks or quick fixes
- Coaching from a CDC-certified Lifestyle Coach (that’s me!)
- Resources you can keep and use for life
- HSA, FSA, and Sliding scale payment option.
