Strength in Unity
This space is specially carved out to be a meeting point where different minds, all gifted in their own ways, converge and exchange energies. It is a place for you (yes, you!) to voice your personal thoughts and insights. It can be about your reflections from the journaling exercises posted here weekly. Or it can be your take on a general topic such as
What does recovery mean to you?
If you like, you can even share your personal story. I would love to hear from you! Simply email me at rediscovery@health-insideout.com or drop me a message at the Contact page.
As we march bravely through each week, I will also be working on my own recovery every day. You can read about my thoughts and feelings, struggles and triumphs at my blog, Soul Voyager. Any helpful comments are most welcome!

Together, fanning the flames of hope
Thoughts by C.L. who is recovering from anorexia and bulimia
Were you happy in the ED prison? When you love someone, you don’t chain your loved one. ED will never love you. He only makes you feel sick, depressed, lousy. When you were sick and you passed out, he was never with you. ED is a serial killer. I can’t believe that I gave my life to a killer. I can’t believe that I had been dating with one who proclaimed to love me but was actually slowly taking away my precious life. It is not worth it. Not worth it…
God, unlock my heart, keep unlocking my heart, till one day I hear a door is opening…I never ever want to go back to that nightmare prison again…Free me from ED prison Lord!
Give yourself a chance to live. Give God the chance to heal you. Give your family a chance to love you. Try and give life a chance…

Freedom
