Support Letter
"Together, Towards Freedom" is a free quarterly newsletter started up by yours truly and supported by my counsellor, Judy. Inside, you can find a cache of delectable tidbits including interviews with brave conquerors who have survived an eating disorder and are happy to share their experiences and personal recovery tips. There is also a plethora of active contributions from readers like yourself, such as creative artworks, poems, and writings. Other helpful resources include journaling pages, educational articles, inspirational quotes, as well as a cosy corner for supporters to post their loving messages of encouragement. To sprinkle that final bit of quintessential garnishing to the platter, there are regular columns by counsellors who have worked with many eating disorder patients and are more than willing to share their professional knowledge. You may also email to us any questions about the recovery process that you may have and we will try our best to address it in the question-and-answer section of the support letter. It is my hope that this support letter will be a platform for self-expression and healing, and that it can help build up a community of fellow sufferers supporting each other along the walk towards freedom and health, inside out.
Any queries or feedback on the newsletter such as topics you would like included are more than welcome! You may send them to us via the Contact page.
If you would like to share your poems, stories, artwork, humorous cartoons, journaling reflections, and words of affirmation/encouragement with the support letter community, simply email them to rediscovery@health-insideout.com. We do rely on your generous blessings to keep the support letter going. So do keep those contributions coming!
